You can return the purchased product from our online store within 14 days from the day of payment. No returns are accepted for purchases at our Bebek store.
In order for the product to be returned, it must be returned unused and unworn, with its tag, in the condition it was purchased. It is also mandatory to submit a purchase indicator.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them, and take a photo of the product. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company and contact us on the same day.
You can contact us at info@binibecadesign.com to start the return process. In case of acceptance of the return process for which you will specify the reason, we will reply to you with an e-mail containing our directions for the return process.
Refund will be made to the payment method you used at the time of payment. The time your bank will need for this transaction determines the valid time for the refund.
The returner is to be paying the return shipment price, with a courier of their choice.
Personalized or resized products cannot be returned.
Damaged Products:
When you receive the product, if you see any damage or if the wrong product is delivered, you must contact us immediately.
Returns are not accepted for gift cards and discounted products.
