The Golden State

The Golden State

BiniBeca's 2023 Spring Summer Collection was inspired by California, so here is our travel tips to a few destinations in along the Pacific Coast.

Where in California?

San Fransisco is the Golden State's darkest city with a rather colder climate and tall buildings, giving the city NYC vibes. Hills of San Fransisco along side the trail carts is what makes the city so special to visit. LA is the central town, famous for its long beaches and healthy lifestyle. San Diego is known for its calmer vibes and idyllic climate. Carmel by the Sea is best for its clear white sand, cottages and art galleries.

Where to Stay?

Hotel Mark Hopkins in San Fransisco for urban business trips, Air BNB in Santa Monica to make the best of LA, the brand new Wayfarer on Pacific Beach in San Diego for the best view ever, Air BNB or Carmel Mission Inn in Carmel by the Sea (Stay on Scenic Rd. for those who can afford it)

Where to Eat?

Osso Steak House and La Mar Cebicheria Peruana in San Fransisco, Gjusta Bakery in LA all day, Urth Cafe at Laguna Beach for breakfast and lunch, Sandbox in San Diego for best pizza, PortoBella in Carmel by the Sea for an authentic local Italian experience. Where to Shop?

Abbot Kinney and Melrose in LA, Simon outlets for those looking for good American brands at a good price. Small shops on Coronado Island are a must see. (Francaise for best tableware and home accessories).

Where to Swim?
